Italy Work Guide is a private company. It is not a government body, a public authority, an embassy, a consulate or an official immigration office, and it is not affiliated with any of them.

The assistance fee you pay is the fee for a private assistance service. It is not the purchase of a visa, a nulla osta, a work permit, a residence permit or any other government authorisation, and it is not a government fee or tax.

We expressly do not guarantee:

• that you will obtain employment;
• that an employer will be found or will hire you;
• that a nulla osta will be requested, issued or approved;
• that a visa will be issued or approved;
• that you will be able to enter or remain in Italy;
• any specific processing time or deadline.

Final decisions depend on employers, authorised professionals, quota availability and the competent Italian authorities, all of which are outside our control.

The private assistance service includes, in simple terms:

• assessment of your candidate profile;
• guidance on the documents that are usually required;
• preparation and presentation of your profile;
• assistance in identifying potentially suitable employment opportunities;
• coordination with potential employers, where legally permitted;
• communication support between you and the parties involved;
• coordination with appropriate professionals (such as consultants or lawyers) where required;
• general guidance throughout the relevant process.

Italy Work Guide does not carry out regulated employment-intermediation activities, recruitment agency activities or legal representation. Activities that are reserved by law to authorised professionals or licensed operators are carried out by, or referred to, such professionals, who act under their own responsibility.

The price of the service is the assistance fee shown for the employment pathway you select, a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment form and are never collected or stored by Italy Work Guide. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

The service is considered started once we begin working on your case after payment, for example by reviewing your profile or documents.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started or work has been performed on your case, and we cannot refund the fee simply because a job, nulla osta or visa is not obtained.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

To allow us to assist you, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
• provide authentic and valid documents;
• respond promptly to our requests for information or documents;
• attend any required appointments, interviews or meetings;
• cooperate with employers and with the professionals involved in your case;
• comply with all applicable laws, procedures and instructions of the authorities.

Delays or refusals caused by inaccurate information, missing documents or lack of cooperation are not attributable to Italy Work Guide.

Italy Work Guide may suspend or refuse assistance, subject to applicable law, where information or documents appear false, fraudulent, altered or misleading, or where the customer requests conduct that would be unlawful. Where required, we may report such conduct to the competent authorities.

We provide the service with professional care, but we assume an obligation of means and not of result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Italy Work Guide is not liable for decisions of employers or authorities, for changes in law, quotas or procedures, for delays caused by third parties, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in this clause limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

All content on italyworkguide.com, including texts, graphics, logos and materials provided as part of the service, belongs to Italy Work Guide or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written authorisation.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or in applicable law. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence where the law so provides.
